CHRISTIAN SPORTSPEOPLE
If you're wired up with a passion for sport and you know Christ where else is there to go?
The big picture is this: men, women and young people who know God, love their sport and are doing three things with a passion: they Pray for their friends in sport, they Play to honour God with every last bit of their talent and they Say something about the Good News of Jesus Christ. We call these people our Pray, Play, Sayers.
We work alongside young people, university students, adult and professional sports people.
Youth
We are committed to helping 11-18 year olds reach the world of youth sport for Jesus. There are thousands of young Christian sportspeople dotted around the UK in different churches, schools and clubs; over different levels of ability; across a vast range of sports; but with one common goal.
If this is you, we want to help!
First we want to help you understand that your ability to play sport is God given and should be treasured.
Second, to grasp that the world of sport is a dark place but you can affect it as you try and play in way that honours God and take opportunities to speak of Jesus.
There are many ways in which we want to support you:
- Regional Pray Play Say groups
- Outreach events that you can bring friends along to
- Summer Sports Plus camps
- Online and printed resources
- Training programmes

University
Are you at university? Playing sport? A Christian?
University sport is huge and growing rapidly. 1 in 4 students regularly take part in physical activity, more people are watching and playing university sport than ever before.
Well you are not on your own. There are hundreds of students throughout the UK like you combining two things they love... playing sport and honouring God through it. . . Pray, Play, Say. Please join the team!
How do we serve you? Through our weekly Pray, Play, Say Groups in universities throughout the UK, training events and meeting with you one to one.
But it doesn’t stop there! We also put on sporty guest events providing you with a great opportunity to invite your sports mates to come and hear more of who Jesus is.
