2016: the year in review

A little snapshot of what God's been doing in the world of sport in 2016...



Here are some of the ways that God has been using the work for His glory this year.

2016 reviewWe now have the joy of knowing of 10,688 people living for Jesus in their sports clubs and teams across the UK.

2016 reviewWe had 605 young people attend our summer Sports Plus camps in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Jersey.

2016 reviewOur team clocked up 20,000 miles on the road as they visited students across the UK.

2016 reviewOur videos were watched 95,000 times on YouTube and Facebook - we must be poised for a century in 2017!

2016 review500 churches downloaded the Sports Mission Pack, a resource helping them to engage with sportspeople in their local communities.

2016 reviewDanno helped 12 former elite sportspeople share their stories of faith for our podcast.


2016 reviewWe supported 245 guest events where thousands of sportspeople heard the gospel.

2016 reviewWe hosted two vision casting days with the Church of England. 


2016 reviewWe had one chaplain at the Rio 2016 Olympics - Jules Wilkinson.



We are so thankful to God for what has been an amazing 2016. He has been so faithful and it's so evident that He has enabled great things to happen for His kingdom this year.
