What does a typical day at Sports Plus look like?
The young people will be coached every morning in their main sport and in the afternoon they get a chance to be coached in a range of sports as well as taking part in team challenges. The programme is packed with main meetings (twice daily), small group discussions and coaches water breaks - all exploring questions such as 'Who is Jesus and what does it mean to follow him?' and 'How can I be a Christian in my sport?'.
