Banter can be a great way to interact with members of your team and training group. But how do you avoid hurting someone's feelings?

When does a little bit of "harmless fun" start to turn into malicious words or nasty gossip? It is important to find a balance and know when to stop. For instance, banter about some who is not in the room with you may amount to gossip.

Check out this Bible study discussing the difference between a bit of banter and accidentally discouraging your team mates as well the importance of what you say, how you say it and the effect that your words can have on others.
