Christian in Sport University Groups!

The aim of Christians in Sport university groups is to reach university sportspeople with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Weekly meetings are focused around prayer and evangelism, to help students pray for their team mates, play in a way that honours God, both on and off the pitch, and say something of the great news of Jesus Christ.

There are 1.3 million students in the UK, of which 40% participate in competitive sport. That includes the team that you are part of. Can you make a difference? Yes you can! Can you help your mates know Jesus? Yes you can! Can you represent Christ in your team? Yes you can!

As well as the weekly meeting groups across campuses in the UK, every New Year we get together for a 4 day conference. It is a chance to relax with other university sportspeople, to learn from the Bible in a sporting context, receive training in evangelism, and more. Join us, whether you are part of a group or not - you'll be very quickly welcomed!
