Information for Parents and Guardians |

Bringing up children can be a demanding task. But bringing up children who eat, sleep and breathe sport is certainly a full-time job. At a time when so many young people amuse themselves with computer games, latest DVDs and internet surfing, it is refreshing to still see active teenagers involved in sports competition. Many people take a negative perspective of young people being involved in competitive sport; they talk about the pressure and the harsh environment it generates. There is much to be said about this but let’s not take the negative aspects to make our decision on sport. Sport can be viewed as a real educating vehicle to life’s situations, it brings value in building character and the challenge and achievement involved help form a dynamic outlook on life, not to mention its effects on healthy lifestyle, and not forgetting it’s simply fun!! How can you as parents of young sporty people help them grow in stature, in maturity, and ultimately in Christ?
We believe that as young people involved in sport grow to learn about
...so the outcome could be massive.
Imagine Christian young people all over the country playing as God intended them to whilst representing him to team mates who don’t yet know Jesus. We believe that you as a parent or guardian have a massive part to play and we want to help you! Imagine seeing a new generation of young Christians rising up and taking the world of sport by storm, affecting it for an eternity!!
