Dreams become reality if we play our part.

In a recent survey, 70% of young people questioned stated that they were a sporty type of person.

If that is a fair statistic for the overall population, then what a mission field and target market for the Youth Department of Christians in Sport!

Would it not be fantastic to witness a new generation of Christ-like sporty young people in this country, intent on taking their team mates to heaven? In order to achieve this, the work must involve training and helping youth workers, parents, PE teachers and coaches to equip the young people in their care, for action.

As leaders who work with young people, you are the catalyst to make this happen. Could you support your young people who are involved in sport, help them grow in stature, in maturity and ultimately in Christ? We believe that as young people involved in sport grow to learn about a) God the creator of their gifts and abilities, b) their own identity as Christians above anything else, and c) the effect Christ can have as they represent him in their sports teams, so the outcome could be massive.

Imagine seeing a new generation of young Christians rising up and taking the world of sport by storm, affecting it for eternity!
