LEADERS
Over 450 Coaches, Team Leaders, Support Staff and Medical Staff are needed to enable Sports Plus to happen. Leaders must first and foremost have a passion to follow Jesus and be willing to serve God, the gospel, the young people and each other in one of these roles.
These dates include the compulsory training days for leaders ahead of the young people's arrival.

Roles

Age
Leaders must be 18 years old to serve at Sports Plus. However those who have just finished their final year of school or young leaders serving for the first time should apply for the Trainee Programme or Development Squad.
Safeguarding
Christians in Sport take seriously their responsibility for the young people in their care. All leaders will be required to undergo an enhanced level Criminal Record Check and attend a compulsory safeguarding session before joining the team. All Sports Plus leaders must agree with the Christians in Sport Statement of Faith.
Cost
Sports Plus costs £180 for leaders, with a reduced rate of £100 available for those who wish to access the Bursary Fund.
